Why It Works
The Case for Marketplaces
Amazon USA — Win the Buy Box Consistently
The Amazon Buy Box is responsible for over 80% of all Amazon sales. Without a deliberate Buy Box strategy — covering pricing, fulfillment method, account health, and review velocity — you leave the majority of your revenue on the table. Our Amazon specialists monitor Buy Box eligibility daily, implement real-time repricing where needed, and maintain the account metrics (seller rating, order defect rate, late shipment rate) that determine Buy Box eligibility. For most product categories, we achieve Buy Box win rates above 85%.
Walmart Marketplace — The Fastest-Growing US Platform
Walmart Marketplace is the second-largest US marketplace with over 120 million monthly unique visitors — and it's growing faster than Amazon. Critically, Walmart's marketplace is less saturated than Amazon in most categories, meaning early movers capture organic visibility faster and with lower advertising costs. We set up WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) for 2-day delivery eligibility, build category-compliant listings, and run Walmart Connect ad campaigns that cost a fraction of Amazon CPCs.
Etsy — The Premium Marketplace for Unique Products
Etsy has over 90 million active buyers actively seeking handmade, vintage, custom, and unique products — and they pay a premium for them. Etsy buyers spend more per order and return less often than mass-market marketplace shoppers. But Etsy's search algorithm is fundamentally different from Amazon's — it rewards shop age, listing freshness, conversion rate, review velocity, and specific keyword placement in titles and tags. Our Etsy specialists understand the platform natively and build shops that rank and convert.
Full-Funnel Amazon Advertising — From Clicks to DSP
Most Amazon sellers run only Sponsored Products and wonder why their growth has plateaued. True marketplace dominance requires a full advertising funnel: Sponsored Products for in-search conversion, Sponsored Brands for category-level awareness and brand search capture, Sponsored Display for retargeting lost shoppers and conquesting competitor PDPs, and Amazon DSP for off-Amazon programmatic reach to audiences who haven't searched yet. We build and manage the full stack — not just the easy part.
FBA & WFS — Let Fulfillment Work for You
Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) is the single most reliable path to Prime eligibility and Buy Box wins. We set up your FBA shipments, manage prep requirements, monitor IPI scores, plan restocks, and optimise inbound shipping costs. We also run removal orders for slow-moving inventory before long-term storage fees accrue. For Walmart, WFS provides equivalent 2-day delivery eligibility — we set it up and manage it with the same rigour. Proper fulfillment management can reduce your total logistics cost by 15–25% while improving conversion.
Cross-Platform Strategy — Not Just Three Separate Silos
Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy are not three independent operations — they're three legs of a unified marketplace strategy. Pricing on Amazon affects your Walmart Buy Box. Review velocity on one platform boosts brand credibility on all three. Inventory managed together prevents overstock on one channel and stockout on another. Our cross-platform approach means every decision is evaluated for its full-portfolio impact — driving higher total GMV than three agencies running platforms in isolation.
Brand Registry & IP Protection From Day One
Amazon Brand Registry and Walmart's equivalent brand verification programs unlock A+ content, Sponsored Brand ads, Brand Analytics data, and — critically — counterfeit and listing hijacker reporting. We enroll you in Brand Registry, monitor your listings for unauthorised third-party sellers and listing hijackers, and submit takedown requests through the correct channels. For Etsy, we advise on DMCA procedures for copyright-infringing listings. Your brand is protected on every platform we manage.
Peak Season Readiness — Q4 & Prime Day
Q4 (October–December) accounts for 30–40% of annual marketplace revenue for most consumer product categories. Prime Day generates equivalent lift in July. Winning peak season requires inventory in place 6–8 weeks early, campaigns pre-loaded and budgeted correctly, promotional deal submissions filed on time, and creative refreshed for seasonal relevance. We build your peak season plan 90 days in advance — inventory forecasting, deal submission calendar, ad budget scaling, and creative briefing — so you capture the demand instead of watching competitors take it.

FAQ
Common Questions
Which US marketplaces do you manage?
We manage Amazon USA, Walmart Marketplace, and Etsy. These three platforms cover the full spectrum of US online retail — Amazon for mass-market reach and Prime buyers, Walmart for value-conscious shoppers and the fastest-growing second marketplace, and Etsy for handmade, custom, vintage, and unique product categories. If your product category fits a different platform (eBay, Target Plus, etc.), we can assess and advise.
What is the Buy Box and how do you win it on Amazon?
The Buy Box is the "Add to Cart" button on an Amazon product detail page. When multiple sellers list the same ASIN, only one (or a rotating set) wins the Buy Box — and that seller captures 80–90% of all sales on that listing. Buy Box eligibility depends on: fulfillment method (FBA dramatically increases eligibility), competitive pricing (not necessarily the lowest, but within range), account health (order defect rate below 1%, late shipment rate below 4%, pre-fulfillment cancel rate below 2.5%), and seller feedback rating. We monitor and manage all of these levers daily to maximise your Buy Box win rate.
Do you set up FBA or FBM for our products?
We recommend and set up FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) for most product categories — it's the most reliable path to Prime eligibility, Buy Box dominance, and lower seller responsibility for delivery experience. We handle shipment creation, prep requirements (labeling, poly-bagging, bubble wrap per Amazon's requirements), IPI score management, and restock planning. For products where FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) makes more economic sense — typically large/heavy items or low-velocity SKUs — we set up the correct handling time, carrier accounts, and shipping templates to maintain high seller metrics.
How is Walmart Marketplace different from Amazon, and is it worth it?
Walmart Marketplace has 120+ million monthly unique visitors and is growing 30%+ year-over-year. Unlike Amazon, it's significantly less saturated in most product categories — meaning brands with competitive products can achieve first-page organic visibility much faster and with lower advertising costs. Walmart's customer base skews slightly older and more value-conscious than Amazon's Prime demographic. WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) provides 2-day delivery eligibility similar to FBA. For most US sellers already on Amazon, adding Walmart typically generates 15–35% incremental GMV with relatively modest additional cost.
Is Etsy right for my product? What categories perform best?
Etsy is ideal for handmade goods, custom and personalised products, vintage items (20+ years old), craft supplies, and unique products with a strong visual/story angle. Top-performing Etsy categories include jewelry, home decor, wedding products, art prints, clothing and accessories, party supplies, and baby products. Etsy buyers actively look for products they can't find on Amazon — so if your product has a handcrafted element, customisation option, or genuinely unique story, Etsy can be a very high-margin sales channel. We assess your product fit before recommending it.
What Amazon advertising do you run — and what is DSP?
We run the full Amazon advertising suite: Sponsored Products (search placement for individual ASINs, keyword and ASIN targeting), Sponsored Brands (headline banner ads driving to your storefront or custom landing page, includes video), Sponsored Display (retargeting shoppers who viewed your listing or competitors' listings, and contextual placements off-search), and Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform — programmatic display and video advertising across Amazon-owned properties and third-party websites, targeted by Amazon's first-party purchase intent data). Most clients start with SP and SB; DSP is added at Scale plan level when monthly ad spend warrants the investment.
How do you handle negative reviews on Amazon and Etsy?
For Amazon: We monitor reviews daily. Reviews that violate Amazon's community guidelines (seller-inserted, incentivised, unrelated to the product, abusive language) can be reported to Amazon for removal — we handle all submissions. For legitimate negative reviews, we respond professionally within 24 hours with a solution-focused message. We also implement post-purchase email sequences (where permitted) to drive review velocity and offset negative ratings with fresh positive ones. For Etsy: We respond to all reviews, flag policy-violating reviews for removal, and use the star seller program's metrics to maintain high shop performance.
Do you need full access to our Seller Central account?
For Amazon, we request user permissions (via Seller Central's User Permissions feature) with the appropriate access level — typically: Manage Inventory, Manage Advertising, View Reports, and Manage FBA Shipments. You retain the primary account login and can revoke access at any time. For Walmart, we use the Walmart Seller Center's multi-user access system. For Etsy, we require shop member access with appropriate permissions. We document all actions taken in your accounts monthly.
How soon can we expect results after you take over?
Listing and keyword optimisations typically show organic rank improvements within 2–4 weeks. Advertising campaigns generate immediate paid visibility — with optimised ACoS usually achieved within 30–45 days as we build negative keyword lists and refine bids. FBA receiving and eligibility takes 1–2 weeks post-shipment delivery. Buy Box win rate improvements are typically visible within 2–3 weeks once pricing and fulfillment adjustments are live. Meaningful revenue lift (20%+ GMV growth) compounds over 60–90 days as organic rank, review count, and ad efficiency all improve together.
What reporting do you provide and how often?
All clients receive monthly cross-platform reports covering: total revenue by platform (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy), total advertising spend and ROAS/ACoS, Buy Box win rate (Amazon), organic keyword rank changes (top 20 tracked keywords per platform), review count and rating trend, IPI score and inventory health (Amazon), and account health status. Growth and Scale clients additionally receive bi-weekly progress snapshots and a monthly live strategy call. All data is presented in a clean dashboard — no raw exports to decipher yourself.
